Large enterprises are spending on AI and systematically failing to turn that spend into measurable, defensible results. We founded Criterium AI to close that gap.
The failure is almost never the model. It is the absence of evidence standards, clear success criteria, continuous measurement, and the willingness to stop what isn't producing a return. Another tool or another deck doesn't fix that.
That is why we chose not to build custom software. If our revenue depended on building, we could not tell a client not to build. Our obligation is one of means: apply the method, document the evidence, and say in writing when something should not be done.
We want it to be normal in our markets that every material AI initiative arrives with its evidence, a success metric tied to a business KPI, continuous evaluation after go-live, and the contractual right to stop what isn't working. Think big, start simple.
If our revenue depended on building, we could not tell a client not to build.

We recommend the platform that fits the case, not the one that suits us.

Every case has kill criteria, and closing in time is also an outcome.
